Not a big fan of Jeff Bezos but demonizing him because he agreed to underwrite the Met Gala is ridiculous. Considering how ghetto the gala has become before Bezos was on the scene bears some consideration. Cardi B, Teyana Taylor, Emily Rideajetski and Kim Kardashian have not helped the Gala's image. But somehow Tim Gunn is banned when he is one of the classiest people with actual knowledge of fashion and art?

Wow....... I love Tim Gunn..... But he'd be honest - like Joan Rivers was - but way more dry in his assessment of the " looks".

Wasn’t Jeff Bezos at the State Dinner for the King. I am guessing he brought his wife Lauren Sanchez.

Jeff Bezos Ex Wife (Mackenzie Scott) has more credibility with being a role model for charitable causes, her kindness and keeping it all anonymous. Jeff Bezos left her for a botox arm ornament. Their actions have shown a priority for flaunting their extravagance. Lauren Sanchez is a role model for the self serving and self indulgent. I am confident Anna Wintour will turn it around. She knows this is screwed up. The last couple of Met Gala's were on a huge downhill slope. I am anxious to see if she can work her magic.

Thats too bad. Maybe somebody should look at his charitable donations before demonizing him.

My daughter was a Global Ambassador for a large hotel chain in March 2020 and laid off immediately after Covid started. She began working at Amazon. She had to eat lunch in a crowded break room and was forbidden to wear a mask. Six weeks later she got Covid and was immediately fired from Amazon. Jeff can go to hell in a flaming hand basket.

I can’t understand how he doesn’t pay his employees well. They are underpaid it seems.

This is true. Even the drivers are expected to work routes with an insane number of deliveries.
