Hello, hello, hello…
Tom Cruise’s increasingly cozy relationship with Catherine, Princess of Wales, is causing concern behind palace walls — and insiders insist this isn’t about romance.
It’s about Scientology.
Cruise, 64, has become increasingly effusive about Catherine following the London premiere of Digger, where he took her hand and helped guide her down the steps. The Hollywood superstar has also publicly praised Catherine and Prince William as “amazing people.”
But sources tell Naughty But Nice that Cruise’s longstanding association with Scientology makes his growing access to Britain’s future king and queen particularly sensitive.
“Nobody is worried Catherine is going to run off with Tom Cruise,” a palace source tells Naughty But Nice. “They’re worried about Scientology getting anywhere near the future king and queen. That is a completely different matter.”
The monarchy’s religious role makes the optics especially delicate. King Charles is Supreme Governor of the Church of England, while William is heir to the throne.

Cruise has known William and Catherine for years, previously joining them at the 2022 Top Gun: Maverick premiere.
“Tom is charming, powerful and incredibly persuasive,” another insider says. “Once you are close enough to have private conversations with Catherine and William, people start asking questions.”
Sources stress there is absolutely no suggestion Catherine has expressed any interest in Scientology.
“This isn’t about Catherine joining anything,” the insider says. “It’s about protecting boundaries. William will one day be king, with a formal role in the Church of England. Tom isn’t simply another Hollywood friend. Some people think this relationship is getting too close for comfort.”

Why doesn't anyone talk about this part of Tom's spiritual journey?
"Tom Cruise briefly attended the St. Francis Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1976 with the aspiration of becoming a Catholic priest.
Recruitment: The teenager was persuaded to enroll by Fr. Ric Schneider after being inspired by a speech, seeking solace from his parents' divorce and a desire for education.
Duration: He studied at the strict Franciscan seminary for approximately one to two years, scoring exactly the minimum required IQ of 110 for admission.
Expulsion: Cruise was asked to leave after he and a friend, Shane Dempler, were caught stealing alcohol from the priests and getting drunk in the woods"
