Hello, hello, hello…
Prince Harry has barely unpacked, but sources tell Naughty But Nice the Duke is already rediscovering the man he was before leaving Britain — while Meghan Markle is experiencing a very different homecoming.
“Within hours of landing, Harry was happier, lighter and more himself,” a source tells Naughty But Nice. “He’s thrilled to be home. Britain is familiar to him in a way California never was, and you can see the difference immediately.”
Insiders say Harry has already started reaching out to old friends, including people he distanced himself from after stepping away from royal life.
“There are people Harry effectively dumped when he left,” says the insider. “He moved on and never looked back. Now he’s reaching out again and beginning to acknowledge that walking away from everything may have been a huge mistake.”
Sources say Harry has spoken with King Charles, although there has been no meaningful conversation with Prince William yet. Still, insiders describe the contact with his father as significant — another connection to the life Harry once seemed determined to leave behind.
Meghan, meanwhile, is struggling with the return.

“She cannot believe she’s back,” a source says. “Meghan spent years building a completely different life in California. Returning to a country where she felt deeply unhappy and unwelcome is emotionally jarring.”
And that contrast could become impossible to ignore.
“Harry has come alive,” the insider adds. “He’s reconnecting with his father, his friends and his old life. Meghan is shell-shocked. The happier Harry becomes in Britain, the more obvious it is that they may no longer want the same life.”
