EXCLUSIVE: PRINCE HARRY MORE COMFORTABLE LOSING ROYAL TITLES THAN MEGHAN
HARRY EMBRACES FREEDOM WHILE MEGHAN CLINGS TO THE CROWN
At last week’s Aspen polo match, Harry was introduced simply as “Harry Wales”—no Duke of Sussex, no HRH. It was a rare glimpse of him free from royal obligations, and by all accounts, he seemed relieved.
“Harry was introduced as Harry Wales, with no royal title mentioned ever or anywhere,” an insider told me exclusively. “He was there to play polo with his best friend Nacho—no titles, just fun.”
Harry wanted a day without pomp or protocol. Security kept photographers at a distance, and he spent the day chatting and laughing casually. “He looked genuinely happy, like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders,” another source said.
Meghan, in contrast, remains focused on status. “You know I’m Sussex now,” she told Mindy Kaling on Netflix, emphasizing the importance of titles to her identity. At the same lunch, she expected full royal treatment, complete with fanfare and seating reflecting her Sussex title. “Meghan thrives on the royal recognition—it’s everything to her,” an insider noted.
Even as William prepares to ascend the throne, Harry won’t be stripped of his title—but insiders say it no longer matters to him. “The Sussex brand is now worthless, and taking the titles away would make William look petty,” one source said. “Harry doesn’t care about the trappings anymore. He’s done with it.”
Watching Harry embrace life without the crown while Meghan clings to the glamour highlights the stark contrast: “He’s finally free. Meghan’s still chasing the shine that’s long gone,” a close friend told me.

Your reporting is absolutely incorrect! His name is Not Wales but he purposely and spitefully used that in public giving a middle finger to the BRF. That is also a title which now belongs to the heir, his brother William. Harry loves his royal status more than anything and is desperately fighting to keep the royal privilege. He never wanted to stop being royal and he and his wife are still hell-bent on wanting their cake and eating it too, to this day.
Not a Wales. Harry did not correct this error.
