As we told you first, Marjorie Taylor Greene has been actively exploring a television career since deciding to leave Congress, and her upcoming return to ABC’s “The View” — just days after her final day on Capitol Hill — is being viewed internally as a test run.

Greene is scheduled to appear on “The View” on January 7, only two days after officially exiting Congress — timing insiders say is no coincidence.

According to multiple insiders, ABC executives have been impressed by Greene’s recent media performances, particularly her ability to spar — and charm — across ideological lines.

Greene’s previous appearance on “The View” was notably cordial, with even Joy Behar praising the tone of the exchange — something not lost on decision-makers.
