According to multiple guests, the shift was impossible to miss.

While Anna still carried the authority of tradition, Lauren commanded the kind of attention that stopped conversations, redirected traffic, and pulled the room’s most powerful people straight to her table. Designers, celebrities, influencers, and donors weren’t simply paying their respects — they were lining up for access.
