Kylie Jenner couldn’t hide her love for Timothée Chalamet as the actor took home the Best Actor trophy at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards on Sunday — and insiders say an engagement is just around the corner.
From their table at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Kylie, 28, rested her chin on her folded hands and mouthed, “I love you.” A source close to the couple tells me, “Kylie was practically glowing. You could see how proud she was — and how much she loves him.”
Timothée, 30, clearly moved, shared heartfelt thanks in his acceptance speech. “Lastly, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years,” he said, locking eyes with Kylie. “Thank you for our foundation. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
“It wasn’t just about the award,” an insider added. “It was a real, genuine thank-you for love, support, and everything Kylie has done for him over the years.” The couple’s public display of affection included a sweet kiss as Timothée accepted the trophy, leaving fans swooning.
Insiders erupted over the moment. “That wasn’t PR, that was real love,” one pal wrote. “You could see it in every look and gesture between them.” Another joked, “Even Kylie haters couldn’t help but melt watching them.”
And with three years together, insiders confirm the engagement is just around the corner. “Everyone close to them says it’s happening very soon,” a source revealed. “They’re serious, and it’s only a matter of timing.”
