EXCLUSIVE: HUGH JACKMAN NEW GIRLFRIEND SUTTON FOSTER SICK OF HIM WANTING A MOMMY
Hello, hello, hello…
The romance I EXCLUSIVELY revealed first between Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster is already cracking under pressure, with insiders telling Naughty But Nice that Sutton is growing exhausted by the emotional demands of the relationship.
Sources close to the couple say Foster is beginning to realize Hugh isn’t looking for an equal partner — he’s looking for someone to emotionally take care of him.
“Hugh wants a mommy, not a girlfriend,” one insider says bluntly. “He needs constant validation, nonstop reassurance, and someone shielding him from conflict while he keeps playing the golden boy.”
Long before the rest of Hollywood caught on, Naughty But Nice was first to report that Hugh and Sutton’s friendship had evolved into a full-blown romance. Now, insiders say the reality behind closed doors is far less glamorous.
According to sources, Deborra-Lee Furness spent years quietly protecting Jackman from criticism, confrontation, and emotional fallout throughout their 27-year marriage. But friends say Sutton has no interest in stepping into that role.
“Sutton is ambitious, independent, and emotionally intelligent,” another source explains. “She didn’t sign up to become Hugh’s full-time emotional support system. The deeper this relationship gets, the more she feels responsible for managing his feelings, his image, and the chaos surrounding him.”
My novel, It Started With A Whisper, is available now
Insiders say tensions have escalated as scrutiny surrounding the couple intensifies, especially following Deborra-Lee’s emotional comments about betrayal and heartbreak.
“Hugh desperately needs everyone to love him,” one source says. “He avoids uncomfortable situations at all costs and expects Sutton to absorb the emotional fallout so he can remain the nice guy.”
“Sutton thought she was getting a partner,” another insider adds. “What she’s discovering is a man who still needs parenting.”
My novel, It Started With A Whisper, is available now.
