EXCLUSIVE: EX-PRINCE ANDREW DEMANDS £75 MILLION TO LEAVE ROYAL LODGE
I’M HEARING WHISPERS HE’S DIGGING IN HARD—AND CHARLES IS NOT AMUSED
Okay, sit down, because I have english tea — and it is piping hot.
I’ve been hearing whispers from my sources inside the palace, and honey… Andrew is not just refusing to leave Royal Lodge, he’s practically super-gluing himself to the furniture.
Get this: he’s telling people he wants £75,000,000 to even think about moving out. I know. I KNOW. I had to sip water.
My insiders tell me Andrew is also insisting on a giant six- or seven-bedroom house on the Sandringham Estate as his “replacement.” And not just a house — he wants the whole package. A cook, a gardener, a housekeeper, a driver… basically a full-time staff to keep his life running exactly the way it runs at Royal Lodge. And of course, police protection too.
But here’s the kicker — this was always going to come down to money. Years ago, Andrew prepaid £8.5 million for a 75-year lease on Royal Lodge. And that lease? It has legal force. Meaning King Charles can’t just toss him out like yesterday’s scones.
And trust me, the value of that property is insane. On the open market, that thirty-room mansion on 90 acres would go for more than £1 million a year. So you can see why the buyout is such a mess.
Palace insiders are rolling their eyes because, while Charles is trying to modernize and streamline the monarchy, this one situation keeps tripping him up. And to make things even more awkward? Word is out that Prince Edward pays “one peppercorn” in rent for Bagshot Park. One. Peppercorn. You can imagine how that comparison is going over behind palace walls.
So for now? Andrew is staying put. The deal isn’t done, negotiations are crawling, and I’m hearing he might hang on for months — maybe longer. The king is trying to reshape the monarchy, but this Royal Lodge showdown is becoming one very expensive royal roadblock.
And you didn’t hear it from me…
but also, yes you did.
Remember — if you’re going to be naughty, you’ve got to be nice.
Cheers,
Rob Shuter

Please, Charles is neither modernizing the monarchy nor streamlining! That’s a great palace fib! Charles CAN remove AMW anytime within his power, but again gaslighting and sending out a trial balloon to see the mood of the public. This saga is far from over and it is frankly disgusting Charles only acted when pushed by the public despite the fact that they, including Charles and the late Queen, have already known all of these things about Andrew for years. AMW knows Charles doesn’t have power over him because he knows all of Charles skeletons that are tied to shady financial dealings.
