EXCLUSIVE: DIDDY STILL HOLDING OUT HOPE FOR A TRUMP PARDON
Hello, hello, hello...
Sean “Diddy” Combs may have already received what appears to be a firm rejection from President Donald Trump, but insiders tell Naughty But Nice that the music mogul hasn’t given up hope just yet.
And having worked for Diddy myself during my years in celebrity PR, I can tell you: this all tracks.
“Diddy believes relationships matter,” a source close to the situation tells Naughty But Nice. “And in his mind, decades of history don’t simply disappear overnight.”
While the two men ultimately found themselves on opposite sides of the political spectrum, their connection stretches back to New York’s era of celebrity power players, when both were building empires, dominating headlines, and turning their names into brands.
According to those who knew Combs during that period, Trump was someone he openly admired.
“Diddy was fascinated by Trump,” says a former associate. “He viewed him as the ultimate dealmaker and loved the larger-than-life image he created.”
From my own experience, Diddy has always been drawn to people who think big, move fast, and refuse to accept limits. Long before politics entered the conversation, he saw Trump as a master brand-builder.
“To Diddy, Trump represented success on the biggest possible scale,” an insider explains. “It wasn’t about ideology. It was about power, ambition, and building an empire.”
My novel, It Started With A Whisper, is available now
That history is why some people close to Combs believe he continues to hold out hope for a pardon.
“Diddy thinks Trump respects fighters,” says another source. “As long as Trump is in the White House, he believes there’s still a chance.”
The optimism comes as Combs recently received a boost behind bars, with his projected release date moved up once again to February 23, 2028.
“Diddy has never been someone who gives up,” says an insider. “He always believes there’s another move left to make.”
Cheers,

And remember, if you’re going to be naughty, you’ve got to be nice. 💋

Trump and Diddy are cut from the same rancid cloth.
