EXCLUSIVE: DIDDY IS CONVINCED A FAMILY MEMBER SOLD HIM OUT
HOW DID 50 CENT GET THIS FOOTAGE?!
Sean “Diddy” Combs isn’t simply unraveling — according to people close to the situation, he’s spiraling with purpose, with suspicion, and with a mental list of possible betrayers scribbled in the margins of his commissary receipts.
Because from what sources tell me, he’s fixated on one question:
Who within his own family leaked footage to 50 Cent?
The Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning opens with the now-infamous Sept. 10, 2024 hotel-room video — material that, according to multiple reports, originated from a private project Combs commissioned. And insiders say he is furious that the footage ended up anywhere outside his control.
A family source claims he’s been venting from his cell at Fort Dix:
“Somebody close to him sold him out. That footage didn’t walk out on its own.”
“Fifty didn’t get that by accident — somebody helped him.”
The footage itself shows Combs pacing, sweating, and muttering into a phone about needing someone who handles “the dirtiest business,” before exploding into the now-viral yell: “We’re losing!”
These tapes, according to those familiar with the project, were filmed by his own creative team.
Then came the twist reported across the industry:
50 Cent’s production company somehow obtained the raw footage.
And that, sources say, is what has Combs seething.
“He believes only family would’ve had access to something that sensitive,” one insider alleges.
Meanwhile, 50 Cent appears unbothered — posting, promoting, and leaning into the moment.
As for Combs’ internal hunt for a “family traitor”?
According to those close to him, it’s only just beginning.
In a statement, Juda Engelmayer, a spokesperson for Diddy adds ... “Netflix’s so-called ‘documentary’ is a shameful hit piece” and “confirms that Netflix relied on stolen footage that was never authorized for release.”
