Hello, hello, hello…
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are preparing to fight back following the death of their son Presley — and sources tell Naughty But Nice they are considering legal action against both the Santa Monica sober house where he died and the sober coach who allegedly brought him there and left.
Presley, 27, was found dead inside his private room just hours after arriving at the facility.
Now insiders say his devastated parents want a full accounting of what happened from the moment Presley arrived until his death — including why, according to sources, he was left alone.
“Cindy and Rande don’t just want answers — they want accountability,” a source tells Naughty But Nice. “They are exploring every legal option available. If mistakes were made, they want consequences.”
Sources say the sober coach who allegedly transported Presley to the facility is also expected to face intense scrutiny.

“Their son was taken there because he needed help,” says an insider. “The question they are asking is: How did a vulnerable high 27-year-old end up alone in a room just hours before he died? Who was responsible for watching him?”
Friends say Cindy and Rande are determined that another family should never experience the same nightmare.
“They want it shut down,” says the source. “And they want everyone involved — including the person who brought him there an left him — held accountable.”
For Cindy and Rande, insiders insist this is no longer simply about discovering what happened.
“They buried their son,” the source says. “Now they’re preparing to fight for him.”

Good for them as there are probably lots of concerned parents in the Los Angeles area who are paying a fortune and under the impression their drug addicted son or daughter is safely in the care of trained professionals.
Dr. Drew and Mark Groubert had an illuminating conversation about this yesterday on Mark's podcast Celebrity Crime and Rehab.
