The pop icon, 43, was spotted touching down in Mexico this week with a toy baby doll in tow, swaddled in a pink blanket and carried by a male companion like a real infant. It’s no stunt — insiders say Britney has been traveling with her dolls for years, calling them her “kids” and depending on them for comfort.

“She hates being alone,” a source close to the singer tells Rob Shuter’s Substack. “The dolls keep her company. They go everywhere with her — on vacations, car rides, even to meetings. It’s just part of who she is.”

Photos show Britney keeping a low profile in a black hoodie and sunglasses while her friend protectively held the doll by her side. But longtime insiders know this isn’t a one-off.
