EXCLUSIVE - BECKHAM BIRTHDAY BOMB! DAVID SNUBS SON BROOKLYN FOR TOM CRUISE
“He sees Tom more than Brooklyn,” insider spills as tensions with Nicola hit boiling point
David Beckham just turned 50 — but instead of celebrating the milestone with his eldest son Brooklyn and daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz, the soccer icon chose Hollywood royalty Tom Cruise over his own blood!
Sources exclusively tell #ShuterScoop that Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, made the trip to London hoping for a private moment with David before his blowout birthday bash at celebrity haunt Core in Notting Hill — but were shut down cold.
“They thought they’d get a quiet dinner or even a coffee with David ahead of the big party,” one insider says. “Instead, they were told flat-out no. If they wanted to see him, it had to be at the party — with all the other guests.”
Feeling snubbed, the couple ditched the glitzy soirée entirely and sent their birthday wishes privately, sources add.
Meanwhile, photos from the exclusive dinner showed David grinning next to Tom Cruise, while wife Victoria Beckham beamed about “special memories” with “family and friends” — despite Brooklyn and Nicola’s glaring absence.
“Let’s be real,” a family insider says. “If David wanted to carve out time with Brooklyn, he would’ve. But he didn’t. That says everything.”
Speculation about a rift has followed the Beckham clan for years — largely due to long-standing tensions between Nicola and Victoria. But this latest cold shoulder may be the most public signal yet that peace is not on the horizon.
“This isn’t just about a party,” the source continues. “It’s about loyalty, pride, and a very deep divide that hasn’t healed. David is clearly taking sides — and it’s not Brooklyn’s.”
One pal didn’t hold back, quipping, “David sees Tom Cruise more than his own son these days. That’s how bad it’s gotten.”
With three of David’s four kids — Romeo, Cruz, and Harper — at the celebration, fans are asking why the eldest wasn’t standing beside him, too.
“This could’ve been the perfect moment to show unity,” another source close to the situation says. “But instead, David sent a very different message: Brooklyn and Nicola are still on the outs.”
The Beckhams may have posted birthday smiles — but behind the scenes, it’s anything but picture-perfect.
