EXCLUSIVE: ANGELINA JOLIE REASON FOR LEAVING USA IS HEARTBREAKING

SKY-HIGH COSTS, ONGOING LEGAL BILLS, AND A DESIRE FOR A QUIETER LIFE ARE PUSHING THE OSCAR WINNER TO LOOK BEYOND LOS ANGELES

Darlings, even Hollywood royalty has to face reality — and insiders say Angelina Jolie is living beyond her means. While the mega-star is incredibly wealthy and wildly successful, sources are quick to note, “She’s not Taylor Swift-level rich, where money literally flows like champagne.”

Whispers from Tinseltown suggest Angie is “struggling to keep her lifestyle in Los Angeles.”

“She’s not broke, but she’s not exactly swimming in cash either,” a source close to the star tells me. “The legal battle with Brad over Miraval has drained her accounts faster than anyone imagined.”

Legal costs from the Château Miraval winery fight are said to be astronomical. “Every hearing, every lawyer, every filing — it’s like throwing money into a bonfire,” says a Hollywood attorney familiar with the case. “Even someone like Angelina feels it.”

Jolie has had to sell assets to cover expenses. “We’re talking jewelry, artwork, even a vintage Ferrari,” a former assistant revealed. “She hates it, but the bills don’t stop.”

Housing is another concern. “She can’t just write a check for a mansion anymore,” says a real estate insider. “Some of the properties she wanted for her kids required loans. That’s telling.”

Work has slowed too. “She turned down roles to focus on her family, which is admirable, but it hits the wallet,” says a casting agent. “That’s part of why she’s looking abroad — where her money actually stretches.”

So where is Hollywood’s favorite globe-trotter looking? Sources say her eye is on countries with a lower cost of living but a luxe lifestyle. “Cambodia is still close to her heart — Maddox, Tomb Raider, citizenship — it checks all the boxes,” a Jolie confidante tells me. “Italy and France are options too. She loves Europe and it’s easier to maintain her lifestyle there without draining her bank account.”

And don’t forget the humanitarian angle. “She’s spent time in Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Pakistan, Kenya, Jordan, Syria… it’s not just travel, it’s her life’s work,” says a UN source. “She’s comfortable internationally in ways LA can’t compete with.”

The takeaway? Even a mega-star like Angelina Jolie has to balance Hollywood glamour, family, and financial reality. “She’s smart, savvy, and yes — worried about her money,” says a longtime friend. “If she can live somewhere beautiful, safe, and make her fortune last? She will.”
