DIDDY’S ‘FREAK OFF’ TAPES MAY BE SHOWN TO JURY AS BOMBSHELL SEX TRAFFICKING TRIAL LOOMS
Shocking Footage Described as “Elaborate Sex Performances” Could Go Public in Explosive Court Battle
Sean “Diddy” Combs' long-whispered-about “freak off” parties are no longer just rumor—they're evidence.
The disgraced music mogul, 55, is facing the possibility that graphic, filmed footage of his alleged sex-fueled gatherings could be played in open court when his high-profile sex trafficking and racketeering trial kicks off next month.
Federal prosecutors have confirmed that “electronic devices containing images and videos of the freak offs, with multiple victims,” were seized during the September 2024 raids on Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes. And now, the bombshell tapes may take center stage before a jury.
“This isn’t hearsay anymore—this is raw, documented evidence,” a legal source said.
On Friday, Combs’ legal team filed a 70-question jury questionnaire, reportedly probing potential jurors’ comfort levels with watching sexually explicit content, including scenes of assault, and their attitudes toward people with multiple sex partners. The move is widely seen as a preparation for showing the jury the infamous footage—which could prove either damaging or exculpatory.
Prosecutors quickly fired back, raising concerns that the lengthy form was overly complicated and could confuse or intimidate jurors.
Jury selection begins May 5, with opening arguments slated for May 12.
The so-called freak offs have been described as “elaborate, produced sex performances” allegedly involving numerous women, some of whom are now at the center of federal investigations and civil lawsuits.
In January, Diddy shocked observers by demanding the tapes be handed over to his team—arguing they could prove his innocence. But prosecutors claim the content shows something far more disturbing.
Combs—who appeared in court last month sporting white hair and a far cry from his once-polished public image—has denied all allegations stemming from multiple lawsuits and the ongoing federal probe.
“He thinks the tapes will save him,” one insider noted. “But he might regret asking for the spotlight.”
If admitted into evidence, the tapes could turn Diddy’s trial into one of the most graphic and public legal spectacles in modern celebrity history—and possibly the most damning.
