DEMI MOORE CROWNED PEOPLE'S MOST BEAUTIFUL PERSON AT 62 — “I’VE NEVER FELT MORE COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN SKIN”
After four decades in Hollywood, the iconic actress opens up about self-love, aging, and why beauty is deeper than ever
Demi Moore has just added another jewel to her already dazzling crown — People Magazine’s Most Beautiful Person of 2025.
The 62-year-old screen legend, who’s fresh off a career resurgence thanks to her award-winning turn in The Substance, graces the cover with timeless glamour and candid honesty.
“I’m certainly more comfortable in my own skin at this point than I have ever been,” Moore told People. “The greatest freedom I’ve found is in accepting myself — not just the parts I like, but all the parts of me.”
In the emotional cover story, Demi reflects on a life and body that’s carried her through raising three daughters, facing public scrutiny, fighting inner demons, and now… embracing the beauty of aging.
“There are days I look in the mirror and go, ‘God, I look old,’” she admitted. “But that doesn’t define my value anymore. I know the difference now.”
Fresh off a Golden Globe, SAG Award, and a slew of critic wins for her portrayal of an aging fitness icon unraveling in The Substance, Moore says the role pushed her to face her deepest insecurities head-on.
“It forced me to look at my own self-judgment and lack of appreciation,” she said. “That harsh inner critic is something we all carry — especially in the public eye.”
She credits her well-being to “nutrient-dense food,” a love of eggs, skipping meat, and learning to prioritize sleep. Though she laughingly admits she still drinks “one Red Bull” on occasion.
Moore, now a proud grandmother, has no plans to cut her signature long locks anytime soon — but says she’ll eventually stop coloring her hair.
“I’m a rule breaker,” she said with a smile. “And I think aging should be whatever we decide it looks like.”
In a world obsessed with youth, Demi Moore’s beauty evolution is a stunning reminder: real beauty is wisdom, scars, soul — and knowing exactly who you are.
And this year, Demi is the definition of all that.
