Hollywood heartthrob-turned-director Justin Baldoni just took a brutal legal beating — and insiders say it’s a “total humiliation.”

#ShuterScoop can reveal that a federal judge has tossed out Baldoni’s explosive $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their powerhouse publicist Leslie Sloane, calling the allegations everything from “privileged” to “baseless.”

Also thrown out? His separate $250 million defamation case against The New York Times.

“This is a disaster for Justin,” a legal insider dishes. “He went after the biggest couple in Hollywood — and lost big.”

The battle began after Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of It Ends With Us, a film he directed and starred in opposite the Gossip Girl alum. Baldoni hit back, claiming the whole thing was a “smear campaign” masterminded by Lively and Reynolds, and even accused Sloane of feeding lies to the press.

But the judge wasn’t buying it.

“The court didn’t just shut him down — they shut the door in his face,” adds the insider.

In a damning 25-page opinion, Judge Lewis J. Liman said Lively’s statements were legally protected, and Baldoni had failed to prove Reynolds or Sloane acted with “actual malice.”

While the judge left the door barely open for one minor amendment by June 23, sources say it’s unlikely to revive Baldoni’s crumbling case.

Lively’s attorneys declared victory: “From day one, this lawsuit was a sham. The Court saw right through it.”

Baldoni, 41, has yet to comment — but those close to him say he’s “reeling.”

“Justin thought he could silence Blake with a massive lawsuit,” whispers one Hollywood insider. “Instead, she just shut him down in court.”
