BREAKING: DIDDY DEMANDS NEW TRIAL — CLAIMS HE’S JUST A “VOYEUR” NOT A PIMP
Wants Mann Act Charges Tossed: “It’s Amateur Porn, Not Prostitution!”
In a shocking late-night legal filing, Diddy is asking a federal judge to throw out his conviction on two counts of violating the Mann Act, arguing that his role in the now-infamous “freak-off” sex parties doesn’t actually meet the legal definition of the crime.
“He didn’t have sex, didn’t transport anyone, didn’t profit — he just watched,” his attorneys argue.
The Mann Act — a century-old federal law — prohibits transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. But Diddy’s legal team insists he didn’t arrange travel, didn’t exchange money for sex, and didn’t participate in the sex acts.
Instead?
He claims he was simply a voyeur — recording “private amateur pornography” for personal use, which he says is protected under the First Amendment.
The defense also claims that the male sex workers involved were not trafficked, but friends of Cassie Ventura and “Jane,” and participated consensually — even enjoying the activities.
And if the convictions aren’t dropped? Diddy wants a brand new trial — without the explosive Cassie hotel beating video, which he says unfairly swayed the jury and was only relevant to charges he was acquitted of.
All this comes as Donald Trump reportedly prepares to issue a pardon — but only after Judge Arun Subramanian rules on Diddy’s latest motion.
“It’s not a crime to be freaky,” Diddy’s camp insists.
But the court — and the court of public opinion — may see things very differently.
